For 2026, our Spring Season is May 15 - June 20 and our Fall Season is September 5 - October 12.  During these seasons our cottages are available weekly as well as nightly, with a two night minimum stay.

Our Prime Season runs from June 20 – September 5 and cottages are available weekly only.

​

Please note that our Fall Season weekly rates are now the same as Prime Season.

If you stay with us for a week or longer and rebook for a 2nd visit in the same year during our Fall Season, you will receive a 20% discount off your stay.

Deposit Policy:  $250/cottage for weekly stays, or $100/cottage for 2-4 day stays. Prices do not include tax and rates are subject to change without notice.  We accept Interac E-Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.  Deposits are deducted from your total bill at the end of your stay, or can be rolled to the next season if requested. 

 

*Please note:  if the condition of your cottage(s) is not deemed acceptable upon check out you will be charged an additional $250/cottage toward cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy:
60 days or less notice: Non-refundable deposit, and 100% liable for accommodation cost unless cottage is rebooked for the same time. 
60 days and more notice: Minus $80.00 administration fee from your deposit. Your authorization to use your credit card or receipt of an    e-transfer for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

If you are unable to fill your time slot without giving proper notice, please pay your outstanding bill and we will be more than happy to accommodate you at a later date within the same season.

*One additional guest per cottage at a cost of: $50.00/night, or $250.00/week.  Children Under 12: $30.00/night, or$130.00/week.   Children 3 and under are free.
